Maximizing What We Have to Provide What We Need

Throughout my career (and honestly my personal life) I have constantly been challenged to do more with less. It’s not that we haven’t had resources, but if we took the time to study where we could maximize our efficiencies, eliminate redundancies, and still offer as good if not better service for less cost why would we not pursue it.
I have had the good fortune to be able to lead a variety of teams throughout my career. And in almost every instance we have been called to take an opportunity for improvement, assess the situation, identify potential solutions, and make the process better (typically through eliminating wasteful spending or inefficient processes while improving customer service and reducing the likelihood of errors).
My experience in process mapping, project management, and financial analysis should allow me to serve the community of Hudson by making sure your tax dollars are being used as effectively as possible to meet you and your family’s needs and keep property taxes low. In the end, I want to keep your money where it belongs, in your pocket.
